About Milica Picuric and Mili & Co.
I’m Milica Picuric, a coach and consultant who’s seen every side of the corporate ladder—from inspiring as a leader to struggling to find motivation as an employee. My journey took me across industries, countries, and countless roles, from the basement of my family’s business in New York to leading supply chain projects at Burger King and Cisco. Each experience shaped my perspective, but the real growth came from learning to adapt, tune into my true self, and shift my focus inward.
Mili & Co. isn’t just a brand—it’s a movement. I founded it with a single mission: to empower people to take ownership of their story, lead with authenticity, and make a lasting impact. Here, we blend one-on-one coaching, peer-based learning, and transformative programs for individuals and companies alike.
